I stress eat a lot.... AND finding time to exercise causes me even more stress.... ONE day at a time, and finding something else to do with my hands helps...

I want to loose 40 to 50 lbs,,, Don't know how much I can loose by December buy I want to be at 150 by march .... I have a long way to go and I am ready to start.. IF I could loose 30 by December then it would be a great start to reaching my goal.

Throw away the SCALE,,, get a tape measure.... You may find that your shrinking in inches even tho the scale is not moving.

I'm 5'4 really over weight, just started with myfitnesspal today.. I would love to see 150, toned up and healthier. I have a very LONG road ahead of me. MY 25 anniversary is in march, hoping to reach at least 160 by then.
