Like another poster, I have been stuck at 221 for about a month now, so I'm happy to see even a tiny loss.

Wasn't the best week for me... my boyfriend of two years broke up with me and I'm in the process of moving out of our apartment. So I've spent a lot of time laying in bed and not eating. Which would make me think I would've lost alot of weight since my pants are alot bigger now..but the scale says other wise. Looking forward to doing better in the weeks to come!
