  • Would like to say this challenge has me super motivated! I had NEVER worked out 4 days in a week and last week I did it. I would always work out 3x a week with a day of rest in between. This time, I am working out Mon, Tues, Thursday, Friday. My goal is to work out Mon-Fri after work and on Saturday mornings.

    Starting Weight = 260.8

    Week 1 weigh in (July 23) = 256.0

    Ok, I'm starting again. This is my first official weigh-in; 147 lbs, I'd love to lose 12-15 in the next few months! Back on the elliptical this morning, went for a hike this afternoon with the kids. Thought a McDonalds fruit smoothies would be a healthy choice; yikes! A medium has 260 calories, fyi!

    Like another poster, I have been stuck at 221 for about a month now, so I'm happy to see even a tiny loss.

    I'm doing good with my workouts but not so good with my eating. I'm taking my nursing board test in a couple of weeks and once that's done I'm going to start incorporating clean eating into my life.

    Wasn't the best week for me... my boyfriend of two years broke up with me and I'm in the process of moving out of our apartment. So I've spent a lot of time laying in bed and not eating. Which would make me think I would've lost alot of weight since my pants are alot bigger now..but the scale says other wise. Looking forward to doing better in the weeks to come!
