  • They're not cheat days, they're just human days. Ya didn't do anything wrong, you'll just have to do a little extra to make up for it. If you make it to much of a chore you'll get tired of trying. Saturday nights are pizza night and then I gotta do extra on Sunday and Monday but it's worth it to me.

  • I guess there are to many variables in the strenght training for them to figure it out. I had one lady tell me to just walk, because strenght training really doesn't burn calories! I just go with calestentics vigorus, or moderate , depending on the day.. I'm here to tell you they do burn calories..
