If the clothes don't "fit" any more. Get rid of them. But keep one pair of pants/shirt/dress...to compare. My really fat clothes were all way to tight before I started this journey., now they fit comfortable. I have bought new clothes to fill in and the ones that are way to big I donate them.

I do not criticize any ones activity level of exercise. Some people even moving at all is a form of exercising. We all live differently and we all move at different levels. I have cut out nothing also. I feel that if you limit your intake on certain foods you are used to eating, you will just crave them more. I did WW for awhile and the points can be misleading. When I first started mfp I also did the points for WW. I found that even though I was eating under my points, calorie wise I was over because those fruits, they really add up. I also found the wesite for WW confusing and frustrating. I like mfp a lot better for sure. :)

I tried Nutrisystem before and it did not work for me. I personally thought the food was horrible. Not only do you have to purchase the food you also have to purchase, bread, fruits, veggies, etc., and truthfully it got really expensive. But, if you want to give it a try by all means do.
