If you want a new DVD set - I would say go with Turbo Fire. It's is fun, Turbo Jam on "crack" so to speak. haha. It's fine as long as you feel okay. You'll know when you have too much (lots of gas.. and number 2 all the time.. sometimes constipation with all that too.).

I will be doing Week 2, Day 1 tonight - Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X. I have found that Kenpo X is too slow for me, so I have gotten my hands on a copy of Kenpo Cardio Plus, which I may switch in for it. :tongue:

The New Rules of Lifting for Women is a FANTASTIC book! They describe everything really well, you'll find it quite easy to understand! Lifting is great for a woman to do. :smile:

The diet plan is tough in the first phase. I don't like to drop my carbs so low because I know I will lose a lot of energy - plus the protein shakes I drink have a lot of carbs in them, and I eat a lot of fruit and veggies. So, I am just going to keep doing what I am doing even though I did change my macronutrients in MFP…

Being hungry all the time is a definite side effect of programs like Insanity. Try to eat really healthy foods - like snack on veggies & fruits. Eat protein. Get a lot of fiber. If we could see your food diary, we might be able to give you some better suggestions to help you out.

I also am trying to follow body fat % more than scale weight. Scale weight was fine initially, but now I am closer to my goal, it's not going to cut it.
