Super simple breakfast I just tried tgis morning that I found online: Jalapeno Popper Scrambles Eggs! 2 large eggs 1 oz. cream cheese, cubed Pickled jalapeno pepper rings ( as many as you'd like).

I cheated on my Keto on Saturday night with a 1/2 a box of chocolates my MIL sent us for Christmas and paid for it big time the last 2 days. Super bloated and an upset stomach and 1 pound weight gain. This morning the bloating and tummy issues are gone as well as that extra pound and I'm back on track.

I'm currently on beta blockers (from my family doctor), which have helped a little, but I think need to be increased because my headaches/migraines are becoming more frequent again. I also take Tylenol #3's for when nothing else will take a migraine away. My neurologist wants to do Botox next but that's super expensive!…

Surprisingly only 3 lbs! I definitely was expecting it to be a lot more because I ate and drank A LOT! Haha

While I agree that there is some government responsibility to help educate people I 100% believe that we are responsible for our OWN actions. I gained 25 lbs. during my pregnancy, but no one made me gain more weight or kept me from losing the weight but myself and my own choices. It was my own stupid decisions.

Get to my goal weight, eat better, drink more water and exercise daily! Super motivated, but not really broadcasting my goals to family and friends this time around in hopes it'll make a difference.

Today I'm eating fairly well, but will probably have a snack when I get home from work. However, I'm starting off tomorrow with bacon and eggs! I love eating clean, but I definitely can't do it all the time. I need treats every now and then :)

I do 90% of the time, but every once in a while I'm just not hungry when I wake up and only feel like a coffee. Also, on the days I sleep in (hubby and I trade off on weekends and getting up early with our 2 year old) I don't normally eat breakfast and just have a coffee until lunch time.

I put natural organic peanut butter and a tbsp of chocolate chips in mine. So good!!

I ate a ton of my son's Honeycomb cereal after I'd finished logging my calories for the day and just didn't log it.

Haha, I also need ideas, but not for me, for my very, very picky 2 year old boy! So far I've been able to sneak pumpkin into brownies, but that's about it. Other than that all he'll eat for veggies is green beans and tomato sauce :P

I know it's in the realm of sandwiches, but wraps! Veggies and dip, pre-cut fruit and dip, pretzels, muffins.
