This method does work but only if you are diligent about it. You have to do it everyday and log everything! I have the app on my iPhone which makes it very easy for me to log foods because I can just enter my foods on the spot. The app even has a barcode scanning feature which is awesome because I can just scan my granola…

I am 5'11" and I have a larger frame. I started at 227, but am currently at 215. It would be awesome to get down to 180-190. Anywhere in that range would make me happy

I only weigh myself once a week. If I were to check everyday I would go crazy.
