  • That is awesome!!! I started out doing couch to 5k in my backyard. 13.5 laps was a mile. By the time I was given a treadmill I hated that lap. But it helped me lose the first 20 or so lbs of my journey. Way to go on not making excuses!!!
  • I have a friend who swears by E & E, its a type of energy mix drink made by Beachbody. She says it gives her the extra boost of energy to push through her long workouts. I've never tried it though.

  • I love my crockpot and I'm a stay at home mom. It is so nice to know that come dinner time we will have hot dinner ready to go instead of me spending an hour in the kitchen making something. I would search crockpot recipes and start trying some of them. Good Luck!!!

  • I read on the treadmill everyday (well 6/7). Its the only way to keep my focus to get through 3 miles. If I didn't have that I would just get bored and stop. And yes the series is great!!!! Read the whole thing twice last January.

  • I've been running 3 miles a day for almost 2 months on the treadmill. Ran a 5k on Saturday and was sore!!!! Everyone says that its harder on the treadmill but I found the opposite. At least because I hadn't run outside for months!!! I have changed the incline on mine to hopefully make the transition easier next time.
