I take my kids' chewable kind. I've been told in the past that prenatal vitamins are great for women even when not pregnant. Sadly they always bother my stomach. So now I just take the chewable. Its also easier for me to remember to take them when I take them at the same time as the kids.

It worked for me, but I got tired of having to pay each month. So I switched to MFP. Doing equally well on here.

Thanks everyone! Had my time chip on one shoe and key on the other!! Had a successful race and beat my best time so far!!

I do, have done for years. It has not gotten thicker or darker as people say. Its a personal choice but I prefer shaven to dark hair on my arms.

sw 240 cw 197 gw 160 It took me a whole year to lose 40 lbs after my last baby. Then I gained 6 back over the holidays. Now I'm back at it and lost those extra lbs plus a few. Still feels like a long way to go though.

you add it like a food, put in breastfeeding and you will get several options to add. Full time is 500 per day. :)

I started couch 2 5k last spring. I was still at about 220 after having lost 20 lbs just dieting. I started out running laps in my backyard during naptime. I have 3 kiddos at home. My youngest at the time was about 8 months old. I'm now down to 197 and am running 3 miles 6-7 days a week. Still during naptime but now I run…

Thanks & good luck to you too!!!!

Not sure, I don't normally run until afternoon. So I guess I better take off today. Thanks for all the input!!!

Had 3 babies in 4 1/2 years and thought it gave me the right to eat whatever I wanted while pregnant. Never lost the gains from the pregnancy before getting pregnant again so the weight just accumulated . Done having kids and want my pre-baby body back!!!

Running a 5k that morning then eating corned beef and cabbage for dinner :) Oh and I'm in Maryland by the beach.

You look amazing and i love that you love the Steelers :)

I would just invite the family kids and no others. Most weddings I've been to its adults except for the kids in the family. Most adults will probably enjoy that better anyway, they don't have to cater to their kids and can have adult convo and drink if they want without worrying.

in general I like it!! unless the guy looks creepy! Once I chick on the back of a motorcycle gave me a thumbs up during my run and I gotta tell you it made my day!!!
-
I wouldn't. I would try to make good food choices and limit the fatty & sugary. But have fun and enjoy!!!!!!!

11 years. It hasn't always been all highs, had our share of some lows. BUT we have 3 beautiful kiddos and are in a good place now and feel very blessed!!

you look fantastic!!

I did lose 40 lbs in the first year of breastfeeding, but it came of slowly!!!! Painfully slow in my opinion considering I was counting calories and exercising. It was the same way with both my girls some weight came off but not easily like they say it will, at least not for me. But there are plenty of women out there that…

I run with my kindle. On the treadmill of course. I'm forced to run at naptime and reading has really made the time fly by for me.

I run 3 miles 6 days a week sometimes 7. I also throw in a 4 mile run somedays instead of 3. I feel great and sometimes its harder to run the day after I take a day off.

I made a "healthy" mac n cheese for our family, with half a butternut squash and a whole head of cauliflower. It was a huge success and super yummy. I couldn't say no to it!! :)

amazing is an understatement!!! Way to go!!!

Salad & homemade pizza (its our Friday night routine)

I live near the beach and am there 3-4 days a week all summer. 90% of the women wearing bikinis shouldn't be :) I guess they feel comfortable though? I am 99% sure I will never wear one. I'd just like to get to the point where I can roll up my tankini when I lay out to get a little color on my stomach. I'm far from that…

Congrats to you!!! I weighed in today and found the same "onederful" news!!!!

26, 28, & 30. Worked for me :) I'm now 32 and love my life.

I go with MFP and I still don't eat all of the calories back for fear it still may be too high. My treadmill (which does not know my weight and inaccurately takes my HR) is always 60-100 calories higher depending on how far I've run. So I say go conservative and use the lesser number. :)

I ran 69.5 miles and had i known I was only .5 from 70 I would have done that today. I'm shooting for 75 in March!

Awesome job!!! and love the basketball pic, it made me laugh :)
