I dont have an eating disorder . im healthy and in a normal weight range for my height and age.

I weigh everything on a kitchen scale and have been doing it for years so im sure im doing it correctly.

Sorry for confusing message. English isnt my first language. I now eat 1650 cals a day (my body burns around 2200 calories). I was eating 120g of protein on 1300 calories diet and when i started that i started to gain weight.

Okay so it would be to gain muscle. Overall fitness is at intermediate (so im active in other ways) but im new to lifting. Hope it makes more sense. Thanks fot the input. :)

He asked me my stats and tried to make it for her asigment for school. I stated as my goal to be to build muscle. Okay so you BMR is around 1500 so you are already eating under the calories you body needs to function (without you doing anything, like breathing etc.). When you add exercise to that you go under the number that is the minimum consuption. I recomend to you to eat back your workout calories so you wouldnt go to starvation…

Im currently doing Ripped in 30(after 30 day shred). Im thinking about doing either it or 6 week 6 pack when i finish, not sure yet.

You could try Jillian Michaels Killer buns and thighs dvd ,i have but havent tried it yet. If its anything like her other dvds it will really help you.

Done with level 1. Finally jumping of to level 2 since the first one kinda started to bore me.

Hi everyone, Completed level 1 day 4 today. Today was way easier for me(i dont feel sore at all) than prevoius 3,especially than day three ,after that workout i have been sore like never before. I might add Killer buns & thighs on day six to push my body little more. Hope all of you are doing great with your shred.

Hi everyone! I am too one of those people who are triing to get a flat tummy. I have body fat precentage of 22% but my stomach doesn't seem to get flat no matter how much i eat or exercise and the rest of my body is nice and toned. What advice can you give me to get rid of the pooch on my stomach? Thanks.
