I want to start lifing weights but i dont feel comfortable since i am a girl?
Okay so i went once to the gym to lift for the first time since i want to take my fitness to next level but felt so awkward with only guys being there so i only stuck to dumbells. Ancle pain...
Im currently finished day 4 level 2 and ever since the end of level 1 i sarted experiencing storng ankle pain after i finish the workout and it lasts for couple of hours. Have any of you experienced something similar and what are yout recomendations to ease the pain? Thanks in advance.
