  • I get crazy cravings too. What I learned was that on occasion as a treat, it's okay to treat yourself even if it's a little tiny treat. I always crave chocolate so I opted for fat free pudding. I dip strawberries or bananas into it. Curbs the treat. The other thing I learned was that a diet like this is a lifetime thing.…
  • I'm having the same problem. I've been doing the 1200 calories daily and never gone over, but I put on weight instead of losing. Given it could be due to menstruation, but this is crazy. I've done everything right including exercise every day as I am always running around the office. What's wrong with me???
  • You can do leg exercises, or walking. treadmill with increased incline or the bike would be good
