Your actual weight is in the morning as the day goes on your body gains its normal. Always weigh yourself at the sametime each time and with the same clothes you had on when you started your weight loss. I hope this is helpful.

The body also needs carbs for energy so don;t not eat them. just limit .....

I love pasta although I limit it to once a week or once every two weeks. Sometimes I eat regular white pasta also. maybe one cup but, mostly 2.

limit carbs I think. Its works for me. Your body needs some to produce energy.
