Thanks for the feedback. I wasn't aware my diary wasn't public. It's fixed now. I know it's so basic, "eat less, move more," but I feel like I'm always hungry even though I'm eating huge amounts of food.

Instead of having a brownie for dinner, I would recommend a salad or steamed veggies. Also, if you want to lose weight, having just one slice of bread instead of two will help you. If you are still hungry, have fruit or veggies. I hope that helps some... I know it is hard... Feel free to add me as a friend if you want!

I just found out a week ago that I am prediabetic with a hA1c of 6.2. I am trying to eat healthier to avoid being put on medication. I don't really know how to keep sugars down. It seems like there is sugar in everything.

I love green smoothies! You can't go wrong. Just add any combination of fruits with leafy greens. Right now I'm drinking one made with kale, frozen blueberries, bananas, and dates. I'm always looking for friends to share ideas with. Feel free to add me if you want.

It is important to wear pantyhose at your interview and after you get the job. Most companies actually require it, but even if they don't it's still good to do because it looks more professional.

I think it's about calories in/calories out. If you are not losing weight, you must either eat less or exercise more. Look at your diet and see if you can slash your daily caloric intake by 100 calories or add an extra half hour of cardio each day.
