  • I did the same thing. Started at 127kg and lost over time till i was 68ish kg. Then some stuff happend and i just didnt care, went back up to 107kg.   • Not enough food and sleep. Thats a recipie 4 a binge.... Oh and not beeing able 2 exercise regulary!
  • Sure portion controll is important, but come on. As a big person you are used to bigger meals, so as u change ur habbits its good to have some meals that feels like alot but isn't.
  • Oh come on ppl! Maybe its not perfect, but its a great way 2 start! Do that and then in a month or two see how u feel if u can fit in half an hour in one go. It is a life change, not a diet, so stay active. And thats what u want to do, I wish u luck! :)

  • wow thats alot! I have an hours drive, so what i do is i make my dinner the night b4. Maybe wraps with chicken and stuff like that and eat in the car, then i just get changed when i get home and work out soon as i get home. Then on the sofa at night i have a good soup or a salad.   • Painting nails is a good one! or just go for a walk, see a friend. Put urself in a situation where you will not be comfterble eating loads. I used to binge in secret, so i make sure i am around ppl when i feel the urge. Go sit in the park and let myself have a chocolate or somethng like that....hope ur craving passes soon!
