  • @evantfunk There are very few of us haha
  • You too?! Haha
  • You got this girl! How much are you trying to lose? Also, have you set reasonable goals?
  • You got this girl! I have a similar goal!
  • I'm from Manitoba, Canada! I've got tons of health tips I'd love to share!
  • Hey girl! There's some cool momma and me workouts you should look into! Also, I've taken nutrition and kinesiology courses if you'd like some more advice you can friend me and message me ☺
  • Hey girl, sorry to hear about all that! If you want to be friends you could add me and message me whenever!
  • This is what I am doing now too! I didn't have surgery but I broke both of my ankles and as a runner this was no good! Just trying to get back to where I was before!
  • I have been yoyoing for at least 5 years and it definitely took a toll on my body too! Finally found something that has helped me to slowly lose weight and maintain easier! You'll get there girl! Just stay positive and focus on 0.5-2lbs a week! ☺ Be careful not to under eat either as that is one of the main causes of…
  • I had a similar goal! Down about 30lbs in 3 months so yes it's definitely doable! Be prepared for weight loss plateaus and know that 0.5-2lbs a week is the healthy weight loss range. Most people lose it quickly at first before reaching a slowdown. If you would like you could 'friend' me  I've taken several courses…
  • Hey girl! Same name as me! ☺ How much are you looking to lose? I suggest start running 3-4 times a week. You aren't going to tone up just from running though. I used to run 1-2 hours a day and I weighed less than I do now but looked about the same weight and a little more flabby since I didn't have any muscle definition.…
  • I switched over too! Using a nutritional Cleansing program and tracking through here now! WW was successful for me before but not this most recent time. You can do it girl! Just implement what you've learned in weight watchers.
  • I would love to join the group! When I started I had 60-70 pounds to lose and so far I've lost 26lbs. I reached a plateau and I would love some support and motivation through it! I also, took some kinesiology and nutrition courses and would love to put that to some use with helping others!
  • I got a warning from speaking about it in forums lol I'd love to tell you though
  • You may be in a plateau and need a boost to start it back up again! I've been in a plateau for a month! Started working out and haven't budged in weight but I've built so much muscle since. Like before I'm pretty sure once I build enough it's going to melt off for another little bit before I need to make a change again!…
  • It helps but it's not a complete meal replacement so you may initially lose but possibly gain it back afterwards! If you are interested in meal replacements there are so many better things out there! I've tried everything and finally just settled on one of them after extensive research on it.
  • It's easy to lose 30lbs starting out. I've lost 30lbs in 3 months when I started. Once you lose more though it does get harder! I would love to lose 30lbs this month but I don't think it's feasible focus on 0.5-2 lbs a week but don't think that you'll always lose 2 lbs a week!
  • @artluv22 if you want to be toned by summer just eat the calorie deficit MFP provides and track workouts. Make sure to do a mix of cardio and weights! I've lost 26 pounds in 3 months, I'm sure you could accomplish the same!
  • You got this girl! You should be able to lose 15-30 lbs by just making a couple changes in your lifestyle before you need to make more. When I started I had about 60-70 pounds to lose and so far I've lost 26! I have a background in health, fitness, and wellness if you'd like to be friends I could cheer you on and give you…
  • Awesome! Let's do it together! I'm going to start today, until April 13th! Hoping to lose at least 4-8 pounds by then!
  • The scale is horrible! Lol I measure as well which is helpful. What is your weight now? And what are you doing to reach 180?
  • Make sure you are eating enough calories for the amount you are expending as well! And make sure you are eating the right things for your body! Have you been working out? If so, what have you been doing? For girls, it takes about 3 months to gain 1.5lbs of muscle compared to men at 0.5-2lbs a week! This all depends on your…
  • Try BBG by Kayla Itsines! Also, if you go on bodybuilding.com or Body Space they have a lot of workouts!
  • I completely agree with @VintageFeline ! First off you should think of your daily calories as a bank balance or whatever. Say you are working and make $1,200 a day. If you work any extra you would make more. You restart every day at $1,200 so money can't be carried over. Would you spend only that $1,200 or would you spend…
  • Same here! Gained 60 lbs since starting university! Lost 26 so far, I finally found my energy. I totally know how this is though! Sometimes I still feel too exhausted! Add me if you'd like! [Content edited by moderators]
