Both of those are great choices! I have always watched TV while on the machines, but I did some pandora yesterday and noticed an entirely different attitude within myself. Not that Law and Order SVU is a bad show, but for some reason music was a much better motivator than some drama on USA. :P

I agree. If you go down the "health food" lane at the supermarket, everything is overpriced. Their brown rice is twice what the brown rice on the regular lane costs, so I am not wasting my money. I noticed that I have lost three pounds last night, so woke up in a great mood today! I was able to add 5 seconds onto my plank time today. I get to enjoy a nice pasta dinner with my husband.

I increased 5 seconds on my plank today, went from a whopping 36 seconds to a hardcore 41 seconds. Jeez, I am out of shape. But I feel it. If I can add time daily, that is a good thing. We all start from somewhere......

Got off the sofa and did some wii fit instead of doing nothing. Did a plank for 15 seconds longer than I thought that I could, even though it is not much, it is a start. Under my calories, despite a HUGE lunch.

OK, I got 35 1/2 seconds in before I fell. I am so embarassed, but I lookforward to seeing my progress by the end of the month. :) Thanks for making this group!

I was exhausted, did not feel like doing anything at all, and I made my butt get up and at least do 20 min on wii fit: I was sitting here doing nothing at all already, but I feel so much better!
