The best breakfast ive had so far, its not much but it holds me because of the protein. i love love love almond butter and quaker oats choclate rice cakes!!!

Thanks. i also bought ripped in 30 and thought about alternated days with that, bc ive always heard that you need a change up exercises from day to day.
