Normally during the week it's coffee, greek yogurt with either blueberries or 1.5 T of granola.

This morning I had 4 chocolate crunch rice cakes. I had a serious chocolate craving :grumble:

But usually I'll make some wheat toast, spread some laughing cow swiss on there, and top it with a sliced boiled egg.

Either that or oatmeal with bananas and chocolate chips. Yum!

Dry Kashi (Cinnamon Harvest squares) and greek yogurt

I also like steel cut oats with PB2 added in (any protein powder will do).

Also Kashi Go Lean mixed with Dannon Light & Fit, raspberries & almonds. High protein, high fiber, and good fat.

Not a whole lot. Usually a bowl of cereal, sometimes yogurt. Typically 300 cals of less in total.

I have the same thing almost every day (at least M-F) ---- a whole grain english muffin with 2 egg whites, veggie sausage and cheese sauce (my weakness). Most of the time I supplement it with a protein shake as well.
