I do the oatmeal thing. Sometimes I go wild and make steel cut oats.

Not a whole lot. Usually a bowl of cereal, sometimes yogurt. Typically 300 cals of less in total.

I have the same thing almost every day (at least M-F) ---- a whole grain english muffin with 2 egg whites, veggie sausage and cheese sauce (my weakness). Most of the time I supplement it with a protein shake as well.

british style back bacon on toast/roll or chopped fruit with oatbran and fat free yogurt. (Back bacon is only around 60-80 cals a slice and you grill it rather than fry)
do have other things too but these are the mainstay

Oatmeal with frz blueberries, raspberries and blackberries and a little bit of no sugar ed smith maple syrup. I have had the same breakfast for 10 years... mix it up on the weekends.

I would be lost without my oatmeal.

    Thomas' Everything Bagel Thin
Slice of turkey (smoked) or ham, both 97% fat free
    Slice of american cheese

Coffee, about a gallon, give or take. Really the food is just so my stomach can handle the coffee.

32 oz of water then a green smoothie, I use a different recipe every two days and it usually about 200 or so calories, and a cup of coffee.

Most days I have 1 cup of 1% lowfat milk with 2 cups of Cheerios whole grain toasted oats, and 1/4 cup of Post Shredded Wheat n' Bran. I don't have much time in the morning so this works best for me. I have eggs w/ veggies for dinner 2-3 times a week since I love breakfast and have more time in the evening to cook.
