I think clean eating is the way to go also. I try to be clean 80% of the time. I am not perfect with my eating and still enjoy all foods that God created for us to enjoy. I am U.S. also. If you want me in your group I would be happy to be your friend. I am kind of loner also.

Hi shan, I will support you. I need some encouragement also. I don't post on the community much but I need to start as I need some friends. I think it helps to have others for support. I read the posts and get ideas but that has been as far as I have gone. I am 5' 1", 146. My goal is 130 also.

I am just starting Paleo/Primal tomorrow. Do you count calories on this and carbs? It seems to be a lot of extra time to have to do both. To start with your percentages of carbs/fats/proteins I guess you would. Anyone have some easy solutions? I also would like to be able to see others info for ideas.

I am 5' 2" and look my best at 130 lbs. I am also 59 years old and when you get to be my age it just makes you look old if you lose to much weight. I am just starting on 4/30 with Paleo/Primal program. I really don't need to count calories I don't think, but should keep track of carbs.
