Its more for when you are estimating calories or when you don't input everything individually... you just do one entry with the number of calories you ate. So if I ate a turkey sandwich with mustard and spinach and its 200 calories, instead of adding each item separately i can do a quick add for 200 calories.

Yes! You can still lose weight! When I started trying to lose weight, I was working during tax season (80 hours a week) and I never had time to exercise! I lost at least 10 lbs that way! Just be very strict about what you eat!

I agree with the post about weighing yourself every day! I find myself more motivated based on what I see and if it isn't good, I make myself correct the action by exercising more or eating less of something!

i would say to eat more veggies! Also, I would say to limit yourself to between 1200 and 1500 calories. Long term weight loss is a lifestyle change. If you get used to eat that much now, it won't be hard later when you have to cut down your calories constantly! Plus your weightloss upfront will be greater!
