This week has been a good one. I stuck to the program and I am really enjoying it. I measured myself and I have lost more inches than I thought I did (for the whole month)...Yay! Hey JB, I feel the same exact way...I thought I was crazy...glad to see I am not. It took me forever on Sunday to get all the calories I wanted to eat. I have been very good and I am so loving CTL. Keep up the good work...I really enjoyed reading your post. Thanks for sharing.

Why not log what you or ally eat in a day for 2 weeks ad see what the a lories are...then just drop your a lories by 200- 500 calories a day ( as long as you don't go below 1200 a lories a day) and add some walking into…

Welcome Laurie! Instead of looking at exercise as a chore...why not incorporate it into a lifestyle by playing with the kids? Take walks with them, walk while they ride bikes. Play on the playground with them. Jump rope with them (that is my favorite exercise) it burns lots of calories. You will all enjoy the activities…

I reset mine too. But since I vary every other day I just use the the pie chart to see where I am. I don't know if I'm doing it right but it's the way I'm keeping track...very confusing!
