I have trouble getting to 1200 calories. Feel free to look at my food journal if you would like. I'm full most days! I started by getting rid of a lot of processed foods,sugars, salt and bleached white flour.

I totally agree with sticking with MFP even when things get tough.. I am here a lot. I have it on my phone so when things get tough I log in I converse with friends and the craving will go away in 10-15 minutes. Plus having friends here is very motivating and fun. Totally agree! I also ask the people whohide their diarys to revel them. I also tell the person who has eaten 300 calories they need to eat more. I noticed that if I zig zag my calories eat a few hundred more 2 days a week and go slightly under or hit 1200 calories I do much better...also my TOM plays a part in when I may gain some weight!
