I used it and liked how it would curb my appetite and increase my water intake. I dislike it cuz of the insomnia. Now I take sleeping pills and spoke to the nurse and so here I go again in this journey. I have gained weight and eat more cuz of my sleeping pills. Now the nurse says with the phentermine it should help jump…

I just started the Advocare today! My doctor recomends I do 1200 calories, keep working out, drink plenty of water! I am doing the 24 day challenge, it is pricey, but hopefully it will motivate me to watch what I eat! Let see how I do in this new adventure? :ohwell:

I hear U on that one! I stay busy at work and also get hungry and have the munchies. I fill up my water and make sure I keep drinking my water, I also can take 2 - 15 minute breaks one in the morning and one in the afternoon - if I have time! I try to bring healthy snacks from home and of course when I get home I keep…
