There are two types of people who shop at Forever 21: girls trying to trick people into believing they are actually 21, and women fooling no one.

No growth without resistance. No action without reaction. No desire without restraint.

I started with 117 to lose. Only 83.8 to go! :) You can definitely do this.

Pasta. Specifically tortellini/ravioli with some kind of alfredo sauce. Everyday. For pretty much every meal, haha.

You might, but it won't be fat, and it will even out in the long run. Just wanted to point out that MUSCLE DOES NOT WEIGH MORE THAN FAT. It is denser, yes, so it looks better/smaller, but for goodness sake peeps, a pound is a pound!

Document everything. If you have someone in your HR department that you trust take it to them. If not, file a complaint with the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunities Commission) and state that you are in a hostile work environment and are being discriminated against because of your sex. Wish I didn't know all this but I've…

Hahaha. Mine's open -- no one's commented so far. I don't eat a lot of crap, but I'm sure you could find something! I kept it open on the off chance I DO want to ask people about things.

I'm glad some people said sugar...I'm still working on that one. I don't drink soda, and don't eat much processed stuff normally, but I still exceed my sugar limit. Sigh.

Okay that is hilarious.

Absolutely buy. I have a digital one that shows either oz. or grams and I LOVE it. Another good point others may have made -- buy one with a flat top so that you can put a plate on or bowl on it. That way I put down a plate, zero the scale, and then place whatever food I'm measuring on it. No clean up and makes everything…

This is awesome! Fantastic job!

NO not all men are like this. My husband always (happily) helps out with cooking and cleaning. Be his partner not his mother! He is definitely taking advantage.

I'm on day 3 level 2...I like level 2 sooo much better than 1...keep at it!

The basic principle of this applies to a lot of things -- it's just moral/emotional bargaining. "I did well on this, so I don't have to do that great on this..."

At worst I think I leave about 10%...but having a bad day in your personal life is absolutely no reason not to provide good service.

Granted I've only been tracking for a little over two weeks now, but no, I've never gone over my limit. I have what I want (in moderation) but honestly what I want is consistent progress and to be healthy. That said, to each his own!

Today will be day 5 for me...can already see a difference in my endurance! I know some people have gained doing it but I'm still losing like I was.

Thanks for the (serious :) ) responses, peeps. I kinda figured, but it's nice to confirm!

Not a weight loss quote specifically, but: "No growth without resistance, no action without reaction, no desire without restraint."

Hi -- I've got pretty much the same goal. I'm 23 (birthday in September) so I'd like to be in maintenance for sure by my 25th birthday. I've got a little over 100 to lose, and I'm only on week two. I'm gonna add you!

You can do it! Best of luck.

Thanks everyone!
