  • I've customized my diet goals to 40%pro, 40%carbs, & 20%fat. This is the best ratio for me to loose weight and put on lean muscle. I hope you find what works for you. Don't be worried about going too far over if your goals are set my MFP. Good luck!

You might find the net carbs (subtract fiber from total carbs = net) are within the range you are looking for.   • You want MFP to calculate NET carbs and it doesn't do that. It does calculate regular carb intake properly...usually based off of nutrition facts on the products. Deep breath. You can just do the math yourself and keep a mental note! Good luck!

  • If they aren't too bad maybe you can freeze them and use them in protein shakes! Maybe you could mash them and then mix into plain Greek yogurt. You could min them in pancake mix for breakfast. That's all I can think of right now. Hope that helps.

  • Hey! I think I'm going to join you and slowly cut out diet soda! I think I will do 1 soda a day for 2 weeks then try every other day for another 2 weeks. So, hopefully in a month I will stick to Water! I drink 1 cup hot tea in the morning but I think I'm going to keep that...less chemicals at least. Good luck! ~Stephanie
  • Great tip thank you! I have been lifting on and off for the past 6 years. It feels good to get back to it. I like to keep good form and not wait too long between sets. Some days are faster paced than others depending if its more of an all body workout or just back/bi's or chest/tri's for example.
