  • I get up and walk. Though I work at a desk in the IT dept. I can take a few breaks through out the shift and take 10 to 20 mins walking breaks. I found it will give me a boost of energy.
  • I work 11PM to 7AM 5x a week. I typically eat 2x, once at work usually between 4 and 6AM and once at home around 11am to Noon. Some nights I am so busy that I only eat at home after work. I typically avoid eating 2hrs before going to bed. The reason for that is I find the need to go to the bathroom if I eat then…
  • Yes, web-based. I think it has to due with lower production costs. The only other new things I have heard is they have confirmed it will be a female captain/lead and that it will take place before Star Trek TOS in terms of the time line.
  • Saw that a couple weeks ago, I liked it too. I'm a bit excited about the upcoming TV series.
  • ahh, well good luck with the new shift!
  • I found sleep is very important. If I lack sleep, I will be constantly wanting to graze on food to help me stay awake while at work and thus, going over my calorie allowance for the day. I work 5 nights a week, 8 hr shifts. I typically sleep from 2/3pm until 10:30pm. Everyone is different but I found getting consistent…
  • I do too. It's nice to see her on IG occasionally with her awesome make up skills.
  • People have been testing the whole egg walking thing. Apparently there's a speed limit of 10 MPH but some report that it can be low as 5 MPH. If you go above that speed cap, the game won't register for the eggs.

  • I read this somewhere so I am not 100% how true it is but for those concerned with data usage and battery life... Pokémon Go uses Google maps API and downloading the map helps in lowering data consumption and extend battery life since it's not constantly updating. Open Google maps Goto settings Go to Offline maps Hit the…

  • I live near Seattle and many of the bars are Pokéstops. Some of them are smart and have set up lures. For us 21+ and that like to drink, it's a pretty savvy move to entice customers to come in, knock back a few drinks while catching Pokémon. XD

  • Found out the other day that this game works great when you go grocery shopping! If you play Pokémon Go while shopping, you avoid temptation of buying naughty things like cookies, cakes, and doughnuts since you are so focused on the game and don't see the other stuff. XD

  • I log midnight to midnight.
  • I've been on MFP for a few years now and I knew my gaming habits were one of many reasons I got big and heavy and was that way for the majority of my 20's. I was addicted to many games but one of my main ones was the MMORPG FFXI. If I wasn't at work, asleep, or hanging out with friends, I'd be on the game. In my late 20's…
