Im 5'5. I try to eat back my exercise calories as the 1200 as your body need fuel, by not eating them back, I felt tired, and also weight loss stopped.

I can only go from experience but my weight loss stopped when I was NOT eating back my exercise calories, even when Im not that hungry I have nuts, peanut butter to bump up my calorie intake. Also, your toning, and strengthening your muscles which will help you lose inches, which I think is a better tool and gage to go off…

I am on week 3 of the C25k running app, same kinda thing, helps you build up and now I can run more than what I thought I could in a short space of time! Also track it with Endomondo App, I find thats good too. Good Luck x:smile:
