I have been working out consistently since last summer mixing up JM dvd's - 30DS & Shed & Shred plus I walk 3-4 miles daily (weather permitting) & am now on my 3rd week of insanity & my cellulite on the back of my legs is almost completely gone. I eat relatively clean during the week but I don't always eat good during weekends & I def drink my calories on a Friday or Saturday night with alcohol but I try to work out extra hard the day after or the day before I am going to do those things & try to account for those calories during the week b/c I won't give up…

I cook my brown rice with a chicken bullion cube or 2 to give it a chicken flavor. When I make a veggie stir fry, I put a tablespoon or 2 in of Teryaki sauce to flavor it.
