I've never used an already cooked meal delivery service, but I have used Hello Fresh, and I think they're awesome. Something that helps me during the week is to cook more of each meal at night so that I can eat those for lunch the next day. Sharing in case that is helpful for your situation.

Just log what you're eating and keep at it. I know you can do it. I started simply by logging my food intake. Once I realized where all the calories were, I started making small changes which allowed me to begin dropping weight. You've got this. :flowerforyou:
