I made lemon meringue pie yesterday, used 4 eggs! I tried to make cookie sized baked ones with the leftover meringue and ended up with a total mess. :) I'll have to figure out how to do that successfully, because I think this is a great idea! Deal, my friend.

You guys are amazing. Thanks for all the ideas! @Safari_Gal_ - we actually ended up making ice cream today - took 8 eggs, and I have teenage boys, so I'm almost guaranteed not to have to eat any of it. It's totally delicious, though, so I might sneak some before the horde absconds with it all. @HeidiCooksSupper - those…

I am totally doing the lemon curd today (after I hit the store for lemons). THANK YOU! I'll look into the frittatas - thanks. We've already got an over-abundance of eggs pickling. :D Good point, and thanks! Mostly my critters are free-fed since I no longer have a dog who will eat anything not nailed down, so in at least…

Yeah, totally get this. I had to set hard limits for myself with times/behaviors with regard to work and home life when I was doing most of my working from home. And even now with those hard limits, on work from home days extra work time has a tendency to creep into my 'home time'. As someone currently in school…

#truth Though I quickly discovered that I had to put myself into a routine when working from home, which meant getting up, showered, and dressed, then working the day from my office (or sometimes my deck when the weather was really nice). When I spent all day, every day in pajamas I just felt lethargic and gross. The…

I play Diablo in my (infrequent) spare time. Recently I repurchased the original version and played through again.

I was still claiming baby weight when mine were 10 and 6. :) You've got this. Welcome to MFP, my friend.

Welcome back. :)

You could maybe log it as Yoga? When I log, if the thing I did is not there sometimes I'll pick something that I think is similar.

It sounds like perhaps you accidentally entered an incorrect starting weight when you were setting up your account? I think you can change your starting weight (not sure how though... I just remember doing it at some point... I think?).

What problem are you having with the app? Are you not able to log?

Hey - Welcome to MFP! Weight loss isn't always a straight down venture. As long as you're trending down (even with a blip or two where you see an uptick) you're doing things right. :)

I did not read Kushiel's post (the quote in Tony's post which you quoted) to mean that she felt the elderly and vulnerable should 'get on with dying'. I think the point is that in isolating everyone through social distancing, we may be worrying about everyone's physical health without taking into account their mental…

Hey guys - these photos are super motivating! Quick note about something I need y'all to keep in mind. We have community guidelines, and one of them addresses the need to keep this community classy: Please don't post photos in your underwear, a towel, or photos in which you are naked and place stickers across the parts of…

Totally this. And @tegass1994 - YOU RAN. You did NOT fail. You got your butt out there and did it even though it sucked, and that is totally awesome. :flowerforyou: It will suck less once you've been at it for a bit. Also: Slow down. When you first begin running (even if you used to be an avid runner), you can run *much*…

So far today was a 27.75 mile bike ride, but I *think* hubby may be planning to ride later, and I may go with him if it isn't too dang hot.
