Whatttttt? You're kidding right? That's crazy. If you want to lose weight you should do it for you. If you do it for someone else you probably won't stick with it. April 22nd is also unrealistic. It's healthy to lose up to 2 lbs a week and that's extreme. So that gives you 4 weeks x 2 = 8 lbs

Don't swear it. My weight goes up and down everyday I weigh. You would have a better measure weighing weekly. Also it you work out daily you can retain water. Losing weight is a long process and an uphill battle.. Give it time that pound you gained back will prolly be gone in a couple days

It could be you have water weight that comes off over the weekend from exercising. Or possibly you eat more on weekends. Everyone on here says the more you the more you lose, maybe they're right

^^ this read the labels they normally have portions on it.. If you decide you want to weigh portions (which I think is more accurate for myself) I bought a digital kitchen scale.

As long as you are not eating an excessive amount of fruit (like a lot) the amount of natural sugar you are getting from those three fruits is fine. I always go over on my sugar daily because I eat fruit. You only need to really worry about the sugar if you are getting it from processed foods

How many calories is different for every person. If you would like an accurate estimate I would suggest wearing it to one session then you will have an approximate and won't have to wear it again

Speed walking is better for you then jogging/running anyway. I have bad knees and can only do low impact technically and I burn bunches of calories from just speed walking (as I call it)

I wouldn't call it having a cheat day. I try to workout enough that I can have that cake, cookie, or ice cream I want when I want it.. I don't think a person should get rid of the things they love to eat

I have a fitbit one and I love it. It works great to track movement everyday.. But i also have. Hrm to track my calories burned while exercising and most hrm are water resistant so you can use them in water.. Fitbits are not water resistant they can splashed and such but not submerged in water

From everything ive read I wouldn't use a hrm to monitor calories burned throughout the day. It only goes based on heart bat and a few other statistics. It would be more accurate to use fitbit which can track steps and integrate things you log. A hrm is I my used for a per sessions calorie burn, it's not meant for an all…
