Ok, right now I'm doing what my Coach says. I'm 3 days a week with him and he makes sure what I eat. It follows what I have been already eating, though. I can give it until the end of the month and if I still dont budge, I can go get some bloodwork. The last time everything came back fine, but it wouldnt hurt to do it…

And I came on here to get help, no to defend myself. Apparently I need to post my receipt for my gym membership, but even if I did that someone would come up with "But you have to go". And I do. If you dont have anything to contribute, then please, dont. This started off helpful, but some of you are not being nice.

And to the person that said I was closer to 50% body fat, you are wrong. I'm closer to 40%. Trust me I checked. And if I go under 170, then I look like Dolly Parton, which is not the "look" I am going for.

I write down what I eat. My husband is paleo, so besides the morning bar, anything else in the house falls under that. Its sometimes easier to carry a notebook and write it down than it is to log it sometimes.

I'm currently 5'4 and 210. According to charts I should be in the 130's, but I am not built to be that small. 170 is a healthy weight for me and puts me in about a size 6.

By the way, high school was 20 years and 2 kids ago. I am nowhere near a healthy weight. I thought I had posted it earlier in this....

It shouldn't be any different. I just listed all that I've done, along with the "professional" help that I have received. I'll try and increase my calories and see what that does.

I'm not an eater. I'm a starver. That's always been my go to when losing weight. I battled aneorxia for many years during high school. When I gain, that's what I fall back on. Good advice! I will swap to a smoothie. Yes, the trainer asks me every time what I am eating I'm a creature of habit, so if I didn't log it, you can be sure that's its pretty close to the same thing I eat every day.

That's good advice. I forgot to put in my water amount. I'm already at 80 - 90 oz. a day. No caffiene.

WOW! Thanks everyone! I'll get on and see how to make that public. And yes, sadly, I do have a scale to measure food. However, I am not eating back the calories I burn. That could be part of it? That's just A LOT of food though!!! Keep the help coming! I'm taking notes!!!
