oranges and tomatoes give me pimples....dairy will give me the cysts and although I say dairy - milk is the worse. So wise to cut it out for now. And it was my dermatologist years ago that told me that milk was the offender- not just my best guess

I have hit a weight loss plateau but I also must admit that I have not been doing enough cardio in between my strength training. My monthy weigh-in at the gym is this Friday so I'm hoping a little effort before then will make a difference.
