I do most of my pushups with an exercise ball. The pushups are much easier on my knees plus you get an additional core workout by having to keep balance on the ball. I started out not being able to do them at all either so the trainer introduced the ball and what a difference! A few days ago I wanted to see how many I…

Our cable company has workout channels that can be recorded and played at more convenient times. I have found Zumba, Pilates and more. We have Comcast XFINITY right now, but when we had ATT Uverse, they had workout channels too.

I have pants that fit from size nine to size 4 and all of them fit the same, all of them too short. I used to wear men's 33-34 but they were "poochy" when i sat down, but FINALLY the length that i need. frustrating

I wear them because I have carpal tunnel in both hands. They help me hold onto the weights better, especially the kettleball weights because of the leather palms. I used to come home with my hands hurting so bad after the gym but so far they have been helping a lot.

Yup! I have my calculator set to maintain my current weight. I now use it to keep track of what I am eating and not go overboard. I am working with a personal trainer to tone up now, so the weight will fluctuate of course, but I think I am on the right track for my end goal. Good luck!

I weighed 185 at 5'5" when I met my husband 7 years ago. I started MFP at 135 and am now down to 126. It can be done. I look back at the few pics I allowed back then and feel the same. But you can do it!

Been Facebooking a friend for days who lives in Colorado Springs. They are a few miles from the evacuation zone. It's getting really scary. Luckily they have packed up and have a place to go. This sucks. :(

Me too as we have plans to go to the Winter Classic. We did get lucky to be there the night that Lidstrom got his one and only hat trick!

How cute! Mostly we just see squirrels on our walks. We live in the city, but there have been reports of bears around here, although I haven't seen one yet.

Did it tonight, Ped Egg and lotsa lotion. I spend a lot of time on my feet too. Alleve for the pain. I couldn't tolerate a massage. I dunno if this helps.

Mine were taken out when I was 25. The roots were up into my sinus'. The oral surgeon said the recovery would be difficult. It was fine. Knocked out for the whole thing. The worst part I remember is that my ex-husband made me soup for dinner and got pizza for him and my daughter, and I was so groggy that I cried because I…

Then: An Artist (drawing, painting, fine arts) Now: I work at a sign shop doing the occasional graphic design but pretty much get roped into doing stuff no one else likes to do like vinyl installation/removal.

The worst I ever did was tell my daughter when she was really little that the candy in the checkout lane was dogfood so she wouldn't ask me for it EVERY time we went to the store. It worked till she figured out what candy was and looked like. We still laugh about it to this day.

I know, but not the "good" ones LOL!

This. Kids tend to use too much and the thicker the tissue, the more times the parent ends up plunging the toilet later. I have no problem hiding things from kids that they will overindulge in. Like sweets.
