I often look out for this question because I work nights also. The way I do it (different people do different things and this is what works for me) is to treat every day ending at 00:00. So therefore my day will work out something like @3am I will have 'breakfast' and then when I wake up at around 1pm I will have 'lunch'…

My first goal is going to be 190lb but when I get there I will reassess. I'm 5,8" and I would say I am probably larger build.

I started about the same weight as you and I was on ALOT less calories, like maybe 1600 a day. I would say you are eating too much cheese also. I was advised not to eat more than 25g a day.

You guys should make your diary's public. Sometimes there's something in your diet you don't necessarily notice (salt, carbs) that other people could offer advice on.

Thanks for your tips Ben! Its so hard not to weigh all the time, Im really strict with myself when it comes to food and exercise so I like to see whats happening. Its been so difficult this week. My bf has agreed to let me weigh myself again tomorrow incase its water etc. So we will see.

I usually weigh daily so I can see how Im doing but....my bf has taken the scales away since I was getting obsessed!

Thanks guys, I think perhaps I need to start eating my excersize cals to be honest...I already track my sodium, weigh naked, drink plenty... Thanks, you've made me feel alot better!

I try not to eat my exercise cals, or if I do I drink a protein shake or something else high protein (great excuse for meat!). Read the stickies on the main page about eating ex cals :)

Yup, I am for 1200 but my cals are set at 1300 so if I go over by a little it doesnt go red! (It makes me feel bad when I have something in the red :) ). Feel free to check out my diary, its open I think....

The soup and milk items I found really interesting! I have definitely worked in more dairy and soup this week because of it :)

I often encounter this as I work a nightshift and go out clubbing alot. Every day at midnight is a new day for me in terms of MFP.

Hey guys, Ive added a couple of people and I would love to have more friends! I never speak to anyone on MFP as I felt a little shy I guess....
