Seeing as your a waist 32" and going by your 2nd profile pic....i agree with your doctor. You don't need to lose any more weight! I wouldn't pay too much attention to the BMI chart tbh.....you look nowhere near overweight.

The thing is, mine isn't very painful at all! It's just a dull/mild ache when i start running or when i walk up stairs....when i walk it's fine. I don't have flat or narrow feet either. It is very frustrating not being able to Run though, as that's my main form of Cardio exercise.

I'm pretty good at guessing Female Body Fat - but just can't guess Male Body Fat. Try going for a Dexa scan OP, that's the most accurate BF measurement you can get.

I would freeze it and have it again a few days later. Changing your Meals daily isn't necessary at all! It is good to have a variety of things to eat, but that's not always possible for some people.

Basically, i meant not having to cook a "proper meal" from scratch. Microwaving something quickly or a quick frying of an Egg etc doesn't count as Cooking. ;) But some great ideas here Guys, keep them coming!

Really? I actually feel sorry for them! Food is one of lifes' main luxuries. Imagine having to eat food and not enjoying it? Or being scared to eat? Very sad. :#

Yes i agree. The word skinny (to me) isn't the same as slim or healthy and the fact Kate Moss was the pin up girl for Heroin Chic - doesn't help matters. Plus the fact she says "nothing tastes as good....." What??? :/ As a Foodie, that just sounds Crazy to me!

Yes, i totally agree with this^^. I'm not the greatest clean eater myself (but i'm bloomin' Gwyneth Paltro compared to you Lol). Having Take Aways and Ready Meals more than twice a week would just make me feel bloated and lethargic tbh. Try making yourself some Pasta Salads that you can pre-make and store in Tupperware…

Beats me too OP. I don't think i've ever eaten less than 1400 cals (in a day) in my whole adult life! And 1400 was pushing it. Lol Yet i always see people on here saying "i can't eat all my 1200 cals".

I sometimes do 15 mins of HIIT after lifting. Not sure it's the "best" cardio to do, but i normally do it because it gets my heart rate up and it's only 15 mins. ;)
