i also love this idea!! i also get into the "i'm stressed" excuse or the "friends are ordering pizza and i don't want to be left out" sort of thing. plus just the added challenge of being on a college budget while trying to eat good! i have plenty to lose and if i can do it WHILE away at school - what an accomplishment…

went out and did some interval jogging! i just turn my ipod on, jog for one song, walk for one song, and then keep doing that. did that for 35 minutes. felt great! :)

i'm 5'6 and when i lost weight 2 years ago i got down to 145 and was pretty small but still kind of chubby and not quiiite where i wanted to be! so i'm basing my ultimate goal off of that, so i'm shooting for 130-135 lbs :)

glad to see some of us are still going strong! i completed my W5D3 run a few days ago and i seem to be getting a late start here on week 6! will probably do my W6D1 run either tomorrow or thursday. which will put me on a more un-even schedule. but hey, if the runs get done that's what counts, right?! keep up the awesome…

W4D2 finished! seemed to struggle some with today's run, not sure why! i think i'm going to see how day 3 goes and decide if i want to repeat week 4 or not. i just don't want to get discouraged when week 5 comes! hope everyoe is doing wonderful! keep your chins up & happy running! :)

W3D2 - mission complete! today was definitely better than my W3D1, so that was good. wasn't so hot out today as well which was nice! really pumped that i've actually been sticking with this (and excited about it!). my commitment to these things always seems to fall short. glad i've finally made a change :)
