I have a question! I'm on my 8th day of the Paleo lifestyle and have lost 2 pounds. I was wondering though, can you eat as much as you want of the "allowed foods?" Thanks!!

Thank you all for your kind words and support! It's definitely a soft pooch. I've had children so I don't know if it's because of that? I guess I'll mix up my exercise routine at the gym and see if I should re-evaluate my goals on MFP. Thank you, thank you! If nothing works, oh well... at least I got here. Maybe a tummy…

Thanks for your quick responses! Yeah, I'll probably work out an extra half hour tomorrow or something since I feel so awful. Since I had the buffet for lunch, do you all think I should skip dinner? So I don't go over my calories? After logging everything I ate, I only have 31 calories left for the day and don't want to go…

I just started 30 DS yesterday and will see how it goes. Thanks for your advice! I think once I finish this I'll try P90X, I'm not sure I'm fit enough for that yet.

I'm allowed 1200 on here and usually eat less and never eat back my exercise calories and lose weight pretty quickly. I lost almost 2 pounds just last week.

It's worked for me. Before I had a baby I had to lose 25-30 pounds, and now after, I'm almost to my goal weight.
