Jill, We usually buy them from Costco at $23 a case of 18. The wife and I like the peaches and cream flavor. We make smoothie shake with them. 1 premier 1 cup of frozen mixed berries 1 scoop of Blue Bonnet Strawberry Protien 1/2 cup of milk 2 tbsp Chia Seeds Blender and we have a great smoothie.

I use a wet paper towel over the food I cook in a microwave for moisture and that only adds the right amout to not dry out the food and no additional water.

i open mine, because i feel if open then i will be more concerned with what i do eat. but at the same time if someone comes to me with a suggestion then i will gain knowledge on what i might need to alter.:happy:

I grill chicken breast (with honey, herbs, and garlic as the sauce) on my day off then use microwave to heat and serve in a Mission Carb Balance Tortilla with 22oz drink of a juice of some kind. Usually around 6am then a banana at 11am and light salad lunch. Good till dinner.

TY to all My Goal is not as much of the weight loss but the change in my measurements. I have become a lazy ole man that has lost muscle. So if I work on muscle then I am hoping my belly will tighten up (not looking for the 6 pack), so I loose the bunlap. But thanks for explaining it out .... so anyone having suggestions…
