If it's less than today, I'm happy. I have days where I NEED chocolate biscuits - yesterday was particularly bad, but at the final reckoning, it's not the end of the world, because even if I ate like that every day, I'd weigh the same in 5 weeks as I do now, and I don't eat like that every day. it tells me I'm doing better…

I had Implanon for 6 years and it didn't affect my weight at all. Over that time I fluctuated between about 8.5-9.5 stone depending on how much rubbish I was eating and how much exercise I was doing. It was replaced with Nexplanon in January of this year, and it's continued to not make any difference.

I think my body has changed so that what looked right when I was 18 (about 8 stone, size 8-10 (UK)) looked too thin when I was 28. I'm at 9st 8lb now, and think 9st will be about right, but I'll reconsider when I get there. At the moment I've got to stay Exactly The Same for the next three weeks as I've had the final…

I'm getting scabby elbows from Level 3, so not loving it!

I sometimes find it helpful to drive, so I can't drink. I'm much less likely to think "what the hell" to the delicious but fattening nibbles if I'm drinking fizzy water rather than wine.

Some people find that hormonal contraception increases their appetite, others don't. If it's causing you problems, try something else. I've had injections for about 3 years and implants for the last 7, and I've been everywhere from a UK 8 to a UK14 on both, depending on my eating and exercising patterns at the time. The…

I've had implants for the last 7 years, and I've been everywhere from a UK 8 - 14, depending on how much I'm eating and exercising. I can't blame it for weight gain at all, it was all my own fault. Since I've been using MFP I've steadily lost 1-1.5lb per week. The pill made me bad-tempered and gave me sore boobs and…

I'm hardly ever properly sick. I get mild colds from time to time, but nothing that's not fixed by a hot bath and an early night, so probably more to do with really stressful times at work. The last time I vomited was 3 years ago, due to food poisoning (at a buffet not cooked by me!), and the last time I saw the doctor for…

Most people seem to log it as Circuit training, general, unless they've got a HRM and can measure the actual calories burnt.
-
How's everyone doing? I'm starting Level 2 tomorrow. Wish me luck!
-
I log it if it involves concerted effort, or if I want to eat the calories. Today I cleaned the bathroom, which took about 10 minutes, and I haven't bothered logging that, but if on Saturday I spend a couple of hours doing the whole house, the calories will go towards a treat meal that night.

I'm 5'6, started at 151, currently 136 and aiming for 126; I start to look unhealthy if I go too far below that.
-
I try and hit 1200 most days, sometimes a little over or a little under, but often go a bit overboard on a Friday or Saturday, (by way more than 400 cals!) and I'm averaging a loss of 1.5lb per week. Don't stress about it.
-
He knows, because I keep telling him every time I lose any! He's proud of my achievements on here, but still told me I looked good when I was over a stone heavier - I was a size 14 when he proposed, so it can't have been that big a deal to him.
-
Same as most people have said, I start with a clean sheet the next day and don't take it as an excuse to keep overdoing it. Friday was bad. Lovely but very high calorie meal out for a friend's birthday, followed by too much to drink because I felt uncomfortable around all her friends I didn't know and didn't have much in…

I'm on D5L1 and am aching less and feeling like I'm getting a bit better at it, going lower into the lunges and so on. Still really hopeless at press-ups, though. Jennie - I don't have any weights either, but tinned tomatoes are doing the trick so far. I don't know how heavy the weights are meant to be but I'm definitely…

I've been doing this for about 10 weeks now and it's been reasonably steady; most weeks 1lb, some weeks 2lb, some weeks the same. One week I gained a lb but didn't record it, and the next week I was down 2. I'm mostly keeping within my calories but don't stress if I go way over one day or a bit under another day, and I'm…

I'm 5'6" and was a UK 14 from about 142lb up.

If I eat a grape as I walk past the fruit bowl, I won't bother. If I decide to eat a bunch of grapes (or whatever) I'll weigh it and log it.
-
I'm doing 1-2lb a week on 1200. I've lost 14lb in 9 weeks. I want it to be sustainable, so I'm not going overboard on it; if I go out for dinner and want a starter and a pudding, I'll have it, but overall I'm eating less and exercising more so it's working.
-
Well done! Great work! xx

My scales only show full lbs.
-
Honey, she's not that into you. Have a bit of time on your own and find someone who loves you just as much.
-
I've had implants for the last 7 years and they've had no impact on my weight at all - I've been everywhere from 120 - 155lb depending on my eating/exercising/stress levels - the usual stuff.

I found a pube in my curry once. Moved it to the side of the plate and ate the rest. A friend found a slug in a salad, and was especially upset because she'd been veggie for 20 years.

Maybe he needs to grow it a bit longer, so it gets past the scratchy stage. My partner's got a beard and it doesn't hurt at all. He does moisturise, though.
-
Don't stress too much. If you mostly eat food made of identifiable fresh ingredients, a bit of junk sometimes won't do you any harm.
-
My friend took it, and when I saw it I realised how fat I'd got.
-
Me too! September wedding, I've lost 8lb so far and have 19lb to go - I don't want to look like I'm disguised as a polar bear in all the pictures.
-
I just accept that it's going to take me over, and make sure I'm in control the rest of the week. I try and do more exercise to compensate for some of it, but that only covers a pint or two. So far I'm getting away with it - I'm close to my calorie goal all the other days, one day at the weekend I go way over, and I'm…
