Full pounds or include the ounces?

For my own information I will use just pounds. If I am in any sort of competition then I will include the ounces. You know...every little big helps when there is a reward involved.0

the scale I use counts to 0.2lbs, so that is what I use. Why should I *not count* a loss just because it is a small one? every ounce I lose is a victory!0

Full pounds...my scale shows .5 but I round up...or down...whichever makes me feel better. LOL0
