My small success story is not eating sugar free fat free ice cream after i a large yougert smoothie today..well 1 yougert and 1 cup of berries. I am very full. i am 5/2 my goal is 135...i have a long ways to go...and i have not weighed myself yet..its been five days now..and i feel great. i am finally doing 14 min 30 seconds a day in exercise with breaks in between one day i will get where i dont need breaks but i am not there yet.
