I have had a hard time trying to lose the 30lbs I have gained, so I am hoping this will give me motivation. I am in!

If you Google "Insanity nutrition guide" there is great 300 calories recipes that comes up as a PDF that you can print off. It is from the Insanity workouts but they base their meals on the idea that more small meals a day keeps your metabolism going hence lose more weight. I started working out and eating off of these meals last week and am down 5 pounds already. I am 5' 9", Starting weight:153, end goal weight: 1350
