Thank you for that answer. how many calories to do you drop? how do you know how much? trial and error? I just lost another 1.6 this week. my fitnesspal says 31 lbs, but in total 32.6 since Jan., before I started with myfitnesspal. sounds petty to some, but its wonderful to me. each . oz. :-)

I find that when I eat more veggies it helps me to lose. Sometimes I do get tired of them. But then I find something I haven't had in a while, so change up with them. Do you get enough of veggies in? hang in there, it will work out. We are here for you to vent.

Wendy, remember when we were kids, and we went from size 5 to 6, then 6 x, then the next number up? What the hell was that 6 x? Well, now I say my size is 12 muffin top. :-) keep the faith. You are working hard, and it will come off.

Don't give up. Are you walking, our putting in some kind of bike riding? I have lost a total of 15.2 lbs since mid-April. But didn't start my daily walks until early June. I have lost inches, and a size in pants. But not 25 lbs. I swear by the walking. Or riding a bike.
