US 10-12.....I started in an 18-20 depending on the cut. I now have some 16's so I am getting there!!!

Got asked that question at Christmas by my husbands aunt. My response was "No just fat!!!" She said that her daughter has heard from someone that I was. Haha very funny!! Totally know where you are coming from. You can lose that weight. Seems we are trying for about the same goal, mine is 75 and I have lost 19 so far. Good…

Love, Love, Love it!!! Aldi also has their own brand that only has 25 calories per wedge. The jalapeno kind taste like the cheese at the Mexican resteraunts. I eat it every day pretty much with Special K crackers!!

NSV for Friday!! Bought a new pair of shorts from Old Navy in a size 16, was wearing a 20 when I started. They look great!! Want to get to the size 16 jeans and dress pants soon:happy:

Mac and cheese with apple sauce. Love it and also American or cheddar cheese on a hot slice of Apple pie. I guess I like cheese and apples!!

I started at 250 and my goal is about 175 then I will see how I like it. I am not interested in being REALLY skinny, I still want meat on my bones just less of it and it not to look so jiggly!!:happy:

Yes I am also doing cardio and some weights. I have been just using it as additional and not adding it into my calories burned. Trying to tighten my stomach and help hopefully not have flab as I lose. Thanks for your help!!

Mio or crystal light type pour ins....There is also the Hawaiin Punch brand pour ins for water that are sugar free and low calorie. I hate the taste of plain water so those help me drink the amount that I am supposed to plus some each day!

You need to eat more protein. Protein helps you feel fuller for longer periods of time. I had the same problem when I was starting my diet and my doctor told me protein, protein, protein. So now I eat a protein bar for breakfast and I am fine!!
