right now i'm shooting for 140lb! currently weigh 165lb and just got started on here.0

I'm going for 140-145. My start was 156 and I'm just a few down. I have an athletic build and don' t want to lose so much that it's hard to keep it off.0

I'm shooting to get under 147lbs and then will determine what is appropriate for me from there as I know its definitely less than that. I think every body type is different so there isn't one right answer!0

My goal was 140. I'm at 135 now and thinking of losing another 5.0

I think 155-160lb..It's funny how different all our bodies are..even at the same height..at 135 in high school my period stopped till I gained a little and I looked boney but other people look awesome.0

I'm aiming for 150, but I have 120 lbs of lean mass, so I'll be 20%BF if/when I get there. I got near there once and it was difficult to maintain. I maintained super easy without thinking at 160... we'll see.0

Around 135-140. It was a good weight for me when I was there a few years ago.0

I weight 168lb, and hope to be 140 by my wedding day, in a year. However, depending on how my dress fits, I may stop at a slightly heavier weight, or go a tiny bit lower. It's all about the dress :glasses:0

I'm 5'8" , but thought that's close enough0 -
I wanted 120, I'm 127-130 now (always fluctuate between these!). I've been 120 and it didn't look right, I'm naturally muscular and I don't think it suited me at that weight. I don't want to lose much more, I just want to improve my fitness and maybe lose a little bit more BF.0

I'm not sure anymore, haha. I started at 250, then I got to my goal weight of 140 last year (around this time) and have gained back some of the weight. At 140, I liked my legs and arms but not my stomach (still too big) or my face (too skinny) so this time I'm going by how I look and feel. Would be nice to fit into a UK 12 again, though. I'm guessing I'll be happy around 145, but I have no idea.0

I'm 5'6.5" and I'm aiming to get down to about 130. I have quite a small frame so I think that's right for me -may have to re-evaluate when I'm closer though!0

I suppose being male makes my ideal weight differant as I am hoping for a target of 180! Was 225 now 210 - 30 to go only been doing this for 40 days, anyone welcome to contact me to share and help:):bigsmile:0

Your weight should be 9stone 12 lbs(127 pounds) for being 5ft 7 inch, but i was told this about 4 years ago by my doctors, it may of changed.0

I started at 250 and my goal is about 175 then I will see how I like it. I am not interested in being REALLY skinny, I still want meat on my bones just less of it and it not to look so jiggly!!:happy:0
