i just went through 5 days and ate everything in site, gained some weight back, I have since just forgot about it and started again today, when i have one piece of cake or a couple chips its downhill from there :( I can relate.... it gets easier!

pick a day when you will weigh yourself, binge on that day after you weigh in Once you see the number, thats the number you will go by, so if u gain a pound that day , it wont affect you
